This might seem a little off-topic, but I couldn't think of a community more resourceful. I'll explain, so bear with me.

I'm going to the pledge master for my fraternity this upcoming spring semester. As a result, I'm tasked with organizing a couple weeks worth of activities and education regarding a multitude of things.

Now, as a fraternity, we have quite a number of interactions with sororities (so lots of girls). I thought it might be wise to come up with some activities, challenges, or exercises that will help anyone more introverted or shy, more comfortable talking to girls without being completely awkward. Some of the guys who join aren't the most outgoing and I'd love to break them out of their shells.

Therefore, Seddit,* I ask you* for ideas on what I can task them with throughout the semester to improve their social skills as well as their game with the ladies?

TL;DR- Tasks or exercises to practice, cultivate, hone, and refine social skills in general, and game.
