I used to be into seduction. It worked for me. But I then incorporated it into something bigger in my life.

Quality of interaction with people is what I am talking about. My thoughts now are sort of along Mark Manson's line mixed with some guidelines I follow in my interactions with men and women, guidelines that I picked up from extensive travelling, living abroad and meeting lots of people living alternative lifestyles. I strongly believe in surrounding myself with positive influences in my life. Not abusive, dickhead, bitchy, complaining, negative, narrow-minded people that suck your energy. I want in my life people that allow me to grow. This is important with friends and women. Now what is a good influence for your life? What is positive company? I guess that depends on how you view “positive interactions” with people. I see positive interactions with people as a “sharing” experience. This means a two-sided interaction. One speaks, the other listens, and then the other speaks, and the one listens. I believe in respect, not dominating a conversation, learning of one another, and valuing all individuals (including myself!). Every person you meet has something interesting you can learn, some wisdom, their own take on life. So I listen to them. But if I find I am not listened to back, or I am just getting “spoken at”, or the other person is playing a game I don’t want to be playing, be it a man or a woman, I decide I don’t need this in my life, and I pull out. The other person is just taking from me, and that will affect me. If I do put up with such treatment, my self-respect is lowered, because I allow “negative interaction” in my life, because I don’t feel I could do any better than that. Another guideline is that whatever you focus on is what you will attract, what will transpire in reality. You can shape your own reality by thinking certain things. Whatever you mostly "do" or "think" will be what you are. If you focus lots on seduction, you will focus on seduction with most attractive women you meet. There are pros and cons to this, as not all of them will be good influences on your life. I don’t feel it is worth my time seducing hot attractive women if they are bad people. Mixing with bad people is like smearing shit over yourself. I feel it is important to incorporate seduction into a larger self-improvement process. As Mark Manson says, improve your life as a whole, do things you love, be proud of who you are, chase your passions, feel good about yourself etc. Another guideline is seeing people as who they are below the surface. You can meet an attractive woman, and view her as just that, as an “an attractive women I want to get”. Or you meet a new guy who is a doctor, and view them as “a doctor who can give me medical advice whenever I need it; I must make him friend”. Your intentions will affect your actions. You may even scare them away. There is, however, another way of viewing people you meet. It’s viewing the human in them. They are just a human, with emotions, feelings, habits and values etc. You can get to know who they are, and see if they are positive for you or not, if they let you grow as a person, or conversely if they just use you as a mirror in order to act out whatever negative role they decide to play in life. Don’t get me wrong, inner game and outer game has helped me a lot. A lot! I feel attractive now, and finding women is easier than ever. Outer game is good for certain techniques. Inner game will help you feel good about yourself. But you can also focus on “the greater inner game” – feeling good about yourself, what you do, who you are, how you live your life, self- respecting, not tolerating shitty people. This is a powerful way to live life, and the ultimate self-respect. You recognize what you want in life, and what you don’t want, what is good and what is bad for you. You listen to yourself, figure out your own needs, and then act out the life you want to have. Good luck to all of you in achieving your goals!
