Until you get a car, you're at the mercy of your parents or friends with cars. Typically just hang out in people's basements finger banging each other under a blanket is how you'll spend your days until you can drive and then go to a park and finger bang under a blanket. Miss those days.

As a highschooler, there's not really such thing as a "Date". My friends all say they either meet at school games or simply go to their houses or a common friend's house. At least until they get vehicles.
