Ok, so I'll admit I'm a new subscriber to this subreddit but would this really be a good thing to say to a girl ever?

Qualify her by telling her what you like about her but keep her in reality by pulling the compliment away. (eg. “I love a girl who knows how to dance; it’s too bad you’re too short”)

I mean, I see how the strategy could work, keeping her feeling like she has to work to be good enough for you but, fuck, that's some nasty game.
