First, I think there's some internal issues.

Girlfriend means long term relationship. It usually signifies that neither parties will cheat. Plates is the bachelor life muthafucka. Fuck every flesh you can see. Your issue? You're doing both, so either you change your girlfriends status or you cheated, which you must owe up to.

Salvage LTR? If she doesn't leave, she's still with you. No matter how it goes, you hold frame. She leaves? Hold frame. Revenge fucks? Hold frame (then next).

You need to hold frame here. "I'm just a guy, and if (name drop some BB unattractive fag you know) had girls that wanted to fuck him, he'd do it too. It's our biology as men." And then explain that you still "love" her (you do I assume) and that the sex was just a natural urge, and basically meaningless.

If you're lucky, like I was, holding this "sex doesn't matter to men, but commitment does" frame will lead you to the male dream, a one-way open relationship. There's a good chance she'll walk though, but it's better she walk now than you enter her frame and placate to her over this.
