Just wanted to post this and really let people know that what's said on this sub is really for our benefit. I've really hit rock bottom and I deserve it. I've been subscribed to the Red Pill for 2 years but I always thought I was naturally Red Pill (what a joke). I was dumped about 10 days ago after a 3.5 year relationship because she wanted us to be better versions of ourselves (in reality she lost attraction to me and we haven't had sex in months) and thought I was taking it well.

Damn I'm such a fool. I decided to reach out and offer to help her move to her new city. I helped load the Uhaul, drive it about 6 hours, help set up her new apartment and clean. Extended my trip up here for a few more days just to hang out. I thought I was just doing it to be nice but that's not true, I was doing it with alternative motives. She's been bringing up some guys name who happens to live up here and I'm sure she'll get together with. Now as I'm about to leave, I'm going to be very sad again. I never thought of myself as such an emotionally dependent person until this very moment and how weird what I did was. Part of me is just embarrassed for myself.

I'm happy that I've found out who I really am and now can work on correcting myself and be a better man. I'm going to start reading the sidebar in depth, lifting, starting Jui Jitsu and Yoga. Outside of that, can someone give me any other advice on what I can do to help myself through this process?

That hardest part about all of this isn't the breakup, it's seeing myself for who I really am and I embarrassed for myself that I'm this person.
