I had been on a date or two with this shy girl, but not recently. We hadn't been in contact for a few months. I text her out of the blue to ask her if she's ready for the new school year. She asks me what I've been up to lately. I say I've been out dancing at the clubs. She asks, "Do you pick up girls? I think many of the people who go to the club do so." I smell a shit....test. I remember what seddit has taught me and I agree & amplify. I say, "I pick them up, put them in my bike basket, and ride home." Takes her a little more time to reply but she plays along, "To plant and water them?" and then asks me out to lunch.

Went to lunch with her. She's shy, quiet, but I remembered "word vomit" and more freely spoke whatever came to mind. Lack of kino. I find it hard to introduce early kino when I meet a girl by getting in her car and she's already in there. Any advice? Conversation with her was meaningful and fun, but I didn't make it flirty.
