Tried an interesting opener on another girl after this:

"Hi...do you have a sister named S----? You look just like her and her sister works at the hospital" (She was wearing scrubs).

It felt natural, she responded well and she actually looked like the S---- I knew. I didn't press forward with it as she had a ring, but think I will try this one out a bit more.
