Just don't come across as needy. IMO theres no set rules on this. But the best way is to actually be a busy person, so that you will have to fit them into your schedule and they will get that impression that the time you spend with them is valuable.

As long as she likes seeing you I dont really see a problem, however she could eventually see YOU as clingy if you are the one that wants to keep hanging out. Wait for her to do the "wanting to hang out" thing
