First, you've already been friendzoned, you've acknowledged it, so has her, but it seems like you're not interested in having sex with her, just friends. You will not lose her as a friend, it's actually impossible at the moment.

Second, you need to learn to "kino". Please read the sidebar. Kino is basically physical contact. As you increase kino (escalate), when the time comes for heavy kino such as kissing, hugs, sex, it's much more natural as she's used to you.

I honestly would've said something along the lines of "You'll be facing heavy competition". She's just saying that so you won't dedicate your time to other women, in other words, she is manipulating you. Had you two gone to the same university, she'd be cockblocking you and fucking other guys at the same time.

tl;dr - Learn to initiate kino, and basically go caveman. If you want to have sex with her (which I quite honestly doubt is going to happen at the moment), you'll need to completely alpha up and change your state of mind before the next time you meet.
