Recently I've seen a lot of posts here on r/seduction and r/askseddit (give r/askseddit some love!) about different methods to combat dreaded approach anxiety. I've found myself making quite a few replies detailing visualization, so I decided to make a post dedicated to it.
I'm lucky enough to rarely encounter any AA at all, but I know there are quite a few of us here who do. In this post I'm going to cover visualization and how it can make all the difference when it comes to your cold approach game.
When I played football in highschool I was a cornerback. One of the first (and most important) things that they stressed to me when I was learning the position was visualization.
My coaches always told me to visualize his route, and 'see' myself cutting off the opposing receiver, snatching the ball out of the air, or ripping it from his hands and scoring. In games I did just that--and whether my visualization was right or not, I always felt more confident in my actions and I trusted that my body would know the right thing to do.
You always hear a lot of successful people talk about visualization and its importance, and in seduction this is no different.
It sounds silly, but 'seeing' yourself walking up and owning a set really can help you get a boost of confidence and help you actually take that first step to approach. I do it constantly and I swear by it.
Try it sometime because seeing (even in your head) really is believing. Good luck out there, fellas.
