Saw something that reminded me of this. Basically there was this girl back in HS who I was acquainted with, but never really hung out with directly. Well every day I passed her in the halls I would just smile and say "Hi" kind of in a flirtatious manner, but nothing more than that. Anyway senior prom rolls around and we're at the after-party and somehow we end up alone on the side of the house and she says to me, "I feel like we've always had this connection blah blah blah" so I just nod my head and we start making out. We started moving to other stuff but we got broken up by some friends. We went out on a few dates after that and it never amounted to anything serious, but the point is the whole situation arose from basically no effort on my part other than smiling and saying "hi".
