So I applied lots of things from TRP to my life, improved my SMV a lot, managed to have some ons and I'm currently spinning 3 plates.
But I realized I have a long way to go. I started off well but once I had success and got comfortable, I noticed lots of frame breaks and I even start to develop oneitis for 2 of my plates. It's ridiculous. I am not the best self I could be at the moment.
There's one big part of what TRP considers one of the most crucial things missing, and that is working out. I wasn't able to lift because of a back injury, but it's almost healed now and I'm getting ready to hit the gym.
I want to improve my body and my mind, going through the sidebar content a couple more times and I came to the conclusion that I need to go monk mode. I'm spending way to much time with my plates (which I enjoyed) but there are more important parts in my life I need to focus on for now.
So I decided that I have to, or actually want to drop them all. My mind is still too weak to deal with the sudden interest from women and what comes with it.
My question here is, how to do this the smoothest way. One of them is in my circle of friends (I know, don't shit where you eat (first mistake), she likes me a lot and she has a history of being a bit crazy with guys she dated (second mistake, don't stick your dick in crazy) and I'm a bit worried she will flip her shit.
Should I just tell them that I want to focus on myself, and I don't have time for them? Should I add "for a couple months", so they have a bit of hope left? I am set on doing it, but I wanted some insight from other people, and my only friend who hasn't swallowed the pill all the way told me not to do it, but I feel like I have to.
Appreciate any and all help.
