Hooray for hitting bottom. There is a common belief in 12 step programs that nobody is ever willing to change until they hit bottom, and it becomes blindingly obvious they need to make changes. I know that was the case for me. Keep that feeling in your memory and use it as your "leverage" to make changes in your life. Whenever you feel lacking in motivation, bring that back from your memory, and remind yourself you will never be like that again.

I am in a very similar situation. The best thing you can do is analyze situations and admit fault. You're only human. The best thing you can do is take action and improve.
