You are way over thinking this one dude. She agreed to come over and watch TV alone with you, that means she's already interested. She's over analyzing this more than you (just way better at hiding it).

Don't create an agenda of what to do at what time and how to do it. Something will deviate from any plan you come up with, and you won't be ready to react. Instead take a more adaptive approach.

Most importantly, chill and have fun.

I agree you are overthinking it, but just telling you that might not calm you down.

So here are some basics:

Give her a look to pause conversation, then ask "Do you want to kiss me?". If she says no try again in a few minutes, she might have thought about it and decided she does want to. Even better if you just give her a stare, tell her to "come here", pull her in close and kiss her.
Grab her sides, her lower back, the back of her neck, her ass. You SHOULD be too fresh, just escalate until she moves your hands away or tells you to stop. She'll let you know if you are going too far, and it won't be a big deal you can continue making out.
5min or 30min or an hour. Up to you, though after 5-10minutes it usually escalates.
You keep going until she stops you, at which point you respect it and it isn't a big deal that you tried to go further. Don't overthink this.
Talk with her as you guys are making out, compliment her kissing. You should be able to tell when to start / stop by her feedback
