Hi Seddit. I'm a little worried right now. I work in a clothing retail store and can't help but approach and start conversations with gorgeous women. I do it naturally and it really is helping my game a lot because I go in direct a lot of time and just be myself while flirting with them. Yesterday, for example, this one girl wanted to order a shirt, and so I told her that I would tell my manager that a gorgeous girl like herself wants more of those shirts so we'll have them next week. Yeah. Direct, flirty, and value-giving.

So I've earned a few looks in my direction. One manager in particular couldn't help but comment on my flirting everytime he passed me by. I've caught quite a few people around the store, employees and other customers, giving me looks as well. Realistically, though, I don't even feel like I'm flirting. I'm just being a very social individual in a very social environment.

There's this one girl in specific though that I felt I hit it off with really well. I took her number down on my second day of work, 15 minutes after meeting her. She was really excited when I first met her but when I started texting her, her responses seemed really empty. For some reason, I feel like my behavior around the store might have put her off from replying to me because she feels that I'm just a player or something.

So people know me as a social individual in the store right now but I'm afraid I might be losing some respect points for it. Does anyone have experience with being the flirty guy in the workplace? Am I just overreacting a little here?
