Of course it's possible to be nice and still get the girls. There's nothing inherently unattractive about being nice. What's unattractive is being nice with ulterior motives. If you're nice because that's just who you are, and you don't expect anything in return from the people you're nice to, it won't hurt your chances of getting with a woman.

Better yet, be a good guy. You're not afraid to tease women regardless of your relationship to them, and you know you can have any woman you want. Pretty soon she'll introduce you to her hot friends. I've scored several dates this way. My women friends all think I'm something of a player, but they also think I'm desirable.

response to rest of post: that's nice, we all usually like to have sex with women and have female friends. The thing is, you typically can't have both from the same woman, unless she is part of the 0.001% of women that are cool

Yes it is. Fairly soon after meeting someone I'll get a vibe which determines how I follow up with it. Some I will have the intention of just hooking up with, others will be "friend zoned". The friend zone isn't permanent, its more or less "if something happens, then it does, if not, I still have a good friend" which i see as a win/win. I find more rewarding relationships that grow slowly and in time.

I have lots of female friends, they are the ones I'm not attracted to physically but like their personality, and I treat them exactly how I treat my guy friends. This means I'm not a "nice guy" in that I try to win them over or be a kiss-ass because I don't do that to my friends.

HOWEVER, if you're attracted to her and want to fuck her, but you aren't getting IOIs or want to "play it safe" you're just friending yourself and not acting through your own intent.

I don't understand your question. Why would it be impossible to date some women and still be friends with others? As long as you treat everyone with respect, you should be able to do both.
