This is not really true. All of those things matter a lot. An ugly, unemployed, poorly dressed, broke slob will not be able to land the most desirable women, no matter how tight his game. He'll probably still get laid, but he won't land any quality women. Because quality women get attention from plenty of men who have tight or natural game AND those other things.

All of those help, none can be harmful if used properly. The same can't be said for the opposite.
