I dunno if you're looking for advice on this one, or just wanted to put it out there.

I'm not sure about the dynamics of online dating, but I'd say that 2 months might have been too long to wait until actually meeting up. I dunno if your opener was a bit over the top...did you guys have those pet names for each other while you were talking? Out of context, I might find that a bit creepy as well.

Edit: Another thing. It looks like you were more invested in this than she was (driving an hour for the first date), so I'd be careful about that. Make sure she invests something into it as well...meet closer to your place or somewhere in the middle.
