Most men's problem is lack of escalation. You can't just talk a woman into bed. Even if you could, I doubt she will sleep with you if you keep talking about the weather and school and family shit. Your appearance doesn't matter. It's what you do matters.

I actually think this is pretty standard many times I’ve been told when a girl first met me she didn’t think she’d be spending the night at mine.

It depends on who you want attention from but if your a 7/10 and your going after girls who are 7+ why would they bother to give you attention? You have no value yet. On the flip side you probably do get attention from 5-7s but it’s attention you don’t want, so you don’t notice it.

This means girls see you as below average. They view the top 10% men as "above average" and the rest "below average", because the bottom 80% are invisible to them.

This means you're attractive in your interactions but not hot enough to be noticed on looks alone.

I know a dude who looks pretty normal, he is very quiet, yet girls notice him all the time.

I carry myself very straight head up high, shoulders back, but i do not smile that much and when i do i have my mouth usually closed not showing teeth

Sounds like you physical aesthetics are sub-par. The answer to that is to fucking lift. If your body doesn't turn heads in a $10 tshirt from Target then you have work to do. A "decent" body (whatever the fuck that means) won't cut it if you want to nail HB9s with just so-so facial aesthetics.
