Did you suggest what specifically to do one day or after work, or specifically when? She's probably thinking about what to do with you after work, or thinking about when she's free to do it. Don't wait for her to make the plans, you'll be waiting forever! Ask her if she would like to join you for a specific activity on a specific date. You're more likely to get a clear answer.
