I'm not too much for Seddit techniques for pickup (married for 10 years), I come here for self development and all around awesome social skills. A tiny bit of background: I USED to be a social butterfly, popular, very outgoing and easy. Over the years and working from home for the last 2 years have put a big dent in my 'game'. I crawled out of depression and am now actively 'getting back out there' socially. I did an amazing job on St. Patties day holding conversation and dominating every table I was visiting (with aquantances), keeping people laughing, etc.

I have a networking convention coming up this week, and wanted some pointers on how to leave a huge impression on people I know from online (networking/social site) or dont even know? Also have a lunch where I'm a featured 'expert' in my geographical location, how to keep that going in a larger group environment?

Any pointers is hugely helpful!!
