She's clearly attracted if she says something like that, the "i don't know who we are fooling" is a line that begs for a direct reply such as this. On the other hand, laughing is pretty much the worst thing you can do, it indicates that you find the idea funny; which either means you think the girl is good enough for you or that you think the girl is joking. Also, when rolling with a line that indicates that you are also interested in the girl, kino!
