I have a question regarding Sunglasses & eye contact. I live in Florida, so it's very sunny this time of year. My eyes are sensitive to the extreme brightness and I need to wear sunglasses when I go out. The thing is I've noticed while walking around and giving my usual smiles to all the girls that none of them are returning it. This was never a problem when I didn't need to wear them and was able to make proper eye contact. I'm trying to go approach some girls today and I don't know what to do because it seems like I can't physically make proper eye contact. I'm still a huge noob at this stuff and I'm still at the stage of looking to make eye contact and then approach if she returns the smile.

Anyone else have an issue like this? Any suggestions/tips?
