Yes yes yes! When it comes to heart issues, I would recommend Seddit over any psychologist therapy + having somebody experienced in pickup as your guide if you are seriously screwed to start with. I have psychologist friends, so unbelievably beta it's hard to describe. They. Just. Don't. Get. It. Even though they are goddamn psychologists.

Oh man, I remember those days of David D. I have friends who fucking discovered his stuff in middle school, and have been employing cocky and funny for years now. Now those same guys are in high school/college and are employing advanced concepts from RSD. I can't fucking wait to see their game explode when they hit 21.

If it makes you feel better, I started at 16 but didn't apply it until I was like 21.
