I wasn't planning on trying to pick anyone up last night, I was just sitting in a bar with some friends watching the football. This absolute stunner comes up to me and we get chatting, we have a shit load in common, live near each other, and really hit it off. Everything either of us said excited the shit out of the other person. It was like meeting your best friend for the first time. She was awesome. Anyway

I went in for the kiss once or twice but only she turned her head and it turned into a kiss each other on the cheek once type thing. Quite odd.

After the football I thought it might be a good idea to ask if she wanted to come to the beach with me and my friends for a walk, she said she would and her friend came along. We were barely half way there when the friend started complaining about how she wanted to go home, since I was alone there was nothing I could really do. I didn't want to seem to pushy so I said I was going to the beach regardless and they should do whatever they wanted to do. I got the impression the friend was trying to get this girl away from me.

We exchanged facebooks and made plans to hang out the next day. Now here's the fucked up part.

I add her on facebook, when she accepted I see she's been in a relationship for almost two years?! I sent her a message anyway lettin her know where I was gonna be that night if she was interested in comming. Never saw her that night and never got a reply.

Kinda bummed out since she would have been the hottest girl I'd ever pulled if I'd done it right. Can anyone shed some light on why girls do this? Was I just being used or was she genuinely attracted to me?
