I have a friend with benefits. However, I'm starting to 'feel' something? What would Alpha do in that situation?

Tell her you want to date her or end it. Or if you have an option you like better, do that. Just do something to clarify your feelings and resolve your inner turmoil.

Chances are you're just feeling jealousy. You've found out she's seeing other people and that's lowered your self esteem, which you now want back through her only fucking you. It's your issue to deal with, but deal with it and deal with it fairly.

Get over the jealousy. Jealousy is really a lack of self-love. It is a desire to seek happiness from outside of you.

In order to get over it, either drop the jealousy or start appreciating/loving yourself. Either one will give you greater happiness.

Once you find the happiness that is already inside of you, you'll find it won't matter if she's sleeping with another guy. It literally won't bother you if you genuinely love yourself. This video may help to clear your jealousy:

Indifference!!! Don't "break up" or text her to say its not what you want or any of that bullshit. Simply don't call her anymore. Don't like her statuses, don't text just try and move on. One of two things will happen. She will either wonder why you've gone so quiet and actually chase you (don't ignore her efforts just act like you're too busy to meet up for sex, you know like a rain check) she'll want what she can't have. Or she will reciprocate and ignore you too. If that happens then count your blessings, you got laid a few times which is always a bonus. Move on and it spares your heart being broken by someone who will never love you back. Happened to me a few times and that's just how I deal with it. Hope this helps!
