First off you want to be the domineering do what I say kinda guy... To a point at least. It is expected of you. Just make the decision you believe she wants and you canneasily reconcile any guilt you feel there.

Next, if you both have a thing for eachother...have you considered that she has a few drinks for the purpose of loosening up so you can take it to the next level more...comfortably?

Start making moves early, light kino at first, by the second drink position your body for intimacy and comfort, by third drink make sure your legs are casually touching, maintain eye contact and build tension, when the 4th round arrives, proclaim excitment 'yay!' then move in slowly to about 9 inches from her face and with your cheeky smile on say, 'fuck i love drinking with you', and pause. If you initiate early enough then your crisis of conscience should be avoided.
