Worthy hobbies?

I fly airplanes, play guitar, work on cars, hunt, fish, ride bicycles, golf, and dabble with photography, but all these things don't make women flock to me. I'm still working on getting out of my nice-guy shell and becoming more alpha around women. I do these hobbies for me, not to get the chicks.

You don't need to ditch video games, just don't have them be the biggest thing in your life. Anything unique, athletic, artistic etc. You could be really into sailing, or hiking, or painting. Whatever tickles your fancy. Hobbies are for you.

I brew my own beer, and not with those crappy Mr. Beer kits. If she reacts positively to the hobby, you know you've got a keeper!

Anything that's exercise related. But just going to the gym works for me. It's the best hobby of all. You get a feeling of accomplishment, it's good for you, and it makes you more attractive. Go to the store and buy some shoes and workout gear to get you motivated first

I'll upvote because I would love to see more examples of good hobbies to have (preferably for me things that can be done without much access to "city life", and not too expensive).

I personally have a few hobbies(some I want to get into). They are a bit out of the norm so I'll add for variety

Like -knife/sword collecting -blacksmithing -knife throwing -archery -swordsmanship and various martial arts (difficult without a teacher or sparring partner but I get by).

Now those revolve around my collecting hobbies but there are others.

Like. -Woodworking -motorcycle riding -voice acting ( a great conversational skill) -watching anime -amateur pyrotechnics( maybe not legal) -singing -stand up comedy -fiddling with electronics/inventing

Now I won't lie that first group of hobbies will get mixed reviews, I've found that outdoorsy/farm people tend to like the fact that I know my way around a knife And my fellow "nerdy" friends are always open to the swordsmanship
