So context, I'm about to turn 17 and have been lifting since I was 14. Recently I've started to care more about what I eat and have been lifting about 2x a day now.

Something that's recently started to increase in the past weeks though is my aggression. As I walk down the hallway, I sometimes look at someone and think "Man I really want to punch that dude in the face" when I have nothing against him.

Things just piss me off easier as well. I've been getting a little angrier at some teammates more than usual, and today I asked my coach if I could lift instead of wrestle because we were only going to do it for about 30 minutes, he said no so I got a little pissed off and looking back on it he was right in his decision.

Also I pushed through a line (Thanks TRP for making me not a bitch) in front of the library (snack bar line) today and pushed one dude a little too much out of line, so he jokes around with his friends and does this walk/skip towards me and says something along the lines of "Shit you tryna fight son lets get his ass" and that just irrationally pissed me off so I focused on what I was doing and calmed down.

Why the fuck am I so aggressive all of the sudden? Is it just increased hormones from lifting/being healthy? I feel like I need to start meditating so I'm not hostile towards literally everyone.
