Hah, it sounds like her game worked on you more than vice versa. She's totally the aggressor! Bust her chops a little about it, at the right time.

1) Not texting sounds like a good plan. You might want to think about not calling her either since you're going to be seeing her in such a short time at such a perfect place. This will make her question where she stands with you and start to make her think about you more. Just know what to say if she asks you why you never called. There are plenty of good answers.

2) If you do call, just be cool. It sounds like you have attraction. Don't worry about coming up with some big strategy, just shoot the shit, tease her a little and build comfort. You don't even need to explain why you're calling her, and for the love of God don't say "Hey uhh, so I got your number, and it's obvious we wanted to get to know each other better, so yeah let's go ahead and do that" Dude, she's the one who gave you her number. She digs you. I know it's the most tempting thing in the world to come up with some big game plan, but the easier you take it, the more attractive you are.

Her: Hello?

You: This is Phone#guy. (Really dude? A throwaway?)

Her: Oh hey, what's up

You: The craziest thing happened to me today and I thought of you because of blah blah blah.

Her: OMG!

You: I know. You're phone voice isn't as good as your real voice (warning: not field tested)

Her: Hahah shut up! I totally hate you!

3) Weddings are amazing and write their own strategy. Just be fun, casually get her and yourself between buzzed and drunk at the open bar without seeming like you're on a get laid mission, dance with her, build kino with her, and generally be awesome. You're sitting next to each other. Talk to her! Don't overkill how much attention you give her, but talk to her! You're in prime position buddy boy! Remember, you got her to like you once. You can go deeper down the rabbit hole. I have faith in you. What's your favorite season? WEDDING SEASON!

I'd say chill. It sounds like you're thinking about this too much.

Sure, give her a call and be like "lets hang out". Then go hang out. Concentrate on enjoying yourself and don't worry about trying to impress her.
