There's no right answer to "should you feel bad?" The fact is that you do feel bad, so do something about it. Your choices are pretty much:

a. come clean and see what the girls think

b. don't say anthing, but just commit to one of them

c. continue what you're doing

There is no right or wrong answer, and only you can make the choice.

I don't think you should feel bad for dating around per se. I would say that specifically lying about it is a sign of something being wrong in your thinking. Are you trying to see multiple girls or have 3 serious girlfriends? Do you want it to just be about the sex for you? There's nothing wrong with that but you have to take a hard look at what you're willing to straight up lie about to someone.

If you really feel bad it seems to me that you became exactly that guy that you feel bad about when you cross that line rather than just be straight up or just not answer because you are no longer seeing multiple women, but lying to multiple women for sex.

tl;dr

Don't lie if it makes you feel bad, but don't feel bad about refusing to commit to one person if you don't care to.

I think it's worthwhile to mention one of the first rules of pick up: always leave them better than you found them. That being said, just be honest with them and if they ask you straight up don't avoid the question. It's better to clear the air now before someone gets hurt.

If you feel bad about it, then it is wrong. Either commit to one and leave the rest, or come clean to all of them. I don't see the latter ending well, though.

Maybe you just don't have it in you to do whatever you are doing (I don't want to label it in any way).
