You have a very negative mindset, and see only black and white. I would say that a lot of the people here are part of the way along the path. Yes, they think they are further than they really are, but at the same time, you discount what they have accomplished so far. To undervalue what they have accomplished and to attack them for it is to hinder their progress. Don't do that.
That being said, I think you bring up a good point: abandon routines. You are absolutely correct they are limiters and that solid game requires solid inner game. Even this I would argue is better created from personal experience than the books/videos you have mentioned.

You might be right about my mindset. It just bothers me that there is so much bad advice or over advice on this Reddit. I mean, how credible are some of these people. I agree that the people here are on the right path, but they should be sharing their experiences, not providing hindsight play by play's about what someone else did. More credible "Artists" need to be active.
The big point of seduction is missed. That you first have to be ok with yourself before you can be a good artist. If you skip to the "play's" you are going to end up very unfulfilled.

You miss the beauty in this. It is near impossible to tell who is actually skilled and knows what they are doing, unless you also understand everything. That being said, there are also a ton of people who think they understand and know what they are doing that dont.
In that way it is like life. Everyone is doing the best they can. There is no reason that a top level person is needed to answer a very basic question. Others should help with that so the top level people can focus on difficult situations.
Embrace the fact that this is a bunch of guys helping each other out. Yes, it has problems. Yes, they can theoretically be fixed. But you must keep in mind this is everyone doing their best to help everyone else out. Embrace this.

I get what your point is (beware the keyboard jockeys!) but you could have picked a nicer way of explaining it :)
A lot of guys weren't brought up with great social skills. "Make her laugh" is actually not as simple advice as it might appear to you. We're a community of 80,000+ so try and keep everyone's perspective in mind.

Yes, maybe I was overly harsh. It's not meant for the people learning, its meant for the people that give advice on every minor detail of "game." Next time I post i'll bring a more positive and informational post that will help a lot of you guys out, and make it less complex.
