He is an asshole and she is just a girl, who knew you were interested (by her feeling bad afterwards), and proceeded to give your good friend oral.

Any girl that will cheat on her actual boyfriend can and will do it again. In my experience, these kinds of girls get bored very easily and will jump from relationship to relationship (finding a new guy before the old relationship fizzles out).

Trust me, you're better off without them.

I hate to be that guy, but you (and them?) are 15. I wouldn't start dumping friends over stuff like this nor would I expect that everyone has fully formed and mature understandings of how this stuff should work.

He got the girl this time, get over it, learn from the experience. I'd be a little more wary bringing girls you like around him, and I'd stop waiting 2 months to make a move on a girl.
