Hey guys, I'm in this dilemma where I can cause good first impressions (I can talk easily with them for about 10-30min, sometimes more), but when I meet them other times I can't get past a "hello, how are you?". I can't think of things to say, neither do I want to ask things about their personal life (well I do, but I don't want to make the other person uncomfortable). My colleague friends would get syched to see me before, now it's... it's different. Can you guy's help me with common questions or what you say to someone you know? I haven't mentioned women because i'm working on it also, I just want to improve my social skill's with everyone.
