One of the biggest things about getting back into the game is realizing how much rejection/non-success is involved in this. We as human beings are designed to remember the successes and forget the failures. When you're doing well in this game, you talk with ten women and maybe get only one or two solid dates. That's not bad. But when you look back over your 'career' of approaching, you don't remember those 8 or 9 non-successes. You only remember the dates, the sex, the relationships. So when you start up again, you have to go through the pain of re-orienting yourself to the fact that most interactions are not successful.

Dating isn't as easy as committed relationships. There's a lot more ups and downs. There's more frustration and also more excitement. Enjoy the ride!
