Don't. Have respect for their relationship. Maintain connection with her but don't be pushy. When their time comes to an end you will have your opportunity. In the meantime there are plenty of other girls to meet!

For me it comes down to two things. The first is mutual respect. Would you really want someone to come into your relationship, let say if you do get her, and "steal" her away from you? I can most likely assume that you would answer no to this question. As ReadDinger said, you need to show respect to a relationship. Now this line can be blurred during the pickup (like when she has one, but is willing to sleep with you. Then it comes down to your personal morals), here not so much. From the VERY limited information you have given us, we can probably be safe to assume that she hasn't been making too many moves at you (giving you IOIs). Plus we don't even know if she WOULD leave you if you did display a higher social value to her than her current boyfriend. It'll probably be easier to wait (which I'll get to in a moment) till the end of their relationship than trying to cut into it right now.

The second standard is a basic oneitis kind of response. Why go for a girl who you know will be more difficult than any other girl out there, and who will bring more drama than she'll probably be worth (a sweeping generalization here)? Instead of waiting around, scheming in the shadows, go find someone more available than this girl. For all you know, you may be wasting your time with a 'never', when you could be looking for a 'maybe'.
