You have to pick one and separate her. Something simple like taking her hand and saying "Let's see what we've got in the kitchen" is fine. Once you're there, turn it into a fun, kino game of looking through the fridge or whatever. Then escalate.

Trying to get with both of them at once is probably a bit advanced right now.
