Go where the people are.

Just approach some random girls in your age range and ask them, "hey, I'm new to the area, where is a good place to meet women like you around here?"

After a couple sets of this, you'll have some good places that are custom tailored to your age and location, unlike getting suggestions from the internet.

Its tough for you since you're not in college. Couple of places, go to some friends parties at some schools, if they are near by. For you, I would say focus more on your day game Like GanjaWarrior69 said.. When I think of sarging (I actually hate that word. Makes it seem like that's you're primary reason for going out, and not just having fun) I tend to think of the bar scene and clubs and what not. My buddy used to get tons of girls number just buy sitting in a small coffee shop and just chilling there. Just don't make sarging you're primary reason to be going to the places.
