A few weeks ago I was out at a bar with some friends on a Thursday night. I went with no intention of really doing any pick up. As I'm chilling with my friends and having a good time I eye this cute little HB 8.5 at the bar. For some reason I was compelled to approach her, so I did. I went up and said Hi and introduced myself and made a little joke asking if she was really old enough to be drinking. It was college night so there were a lot of college kids under 21 there. She tells me she is actually 22. I ask her what she's up to and she tells me she is just out drinking/dancing with her friends. We chat for a little bit and I decide to ask for her number which she give me. I tell her I need to go back and find my friends before they embarrass themselves on the dance floor so I leave. As I'm leaving I shoot her a text saying "Oh no, this cute girl just game her number, what do I do?" She responds with "Run ;) "

The next day I decide to text her and set up a date. I pick a cool microbrewery in the area that has great beer and great food. She tells me she down for it and we set a time. I get there early so I can grab a table. (I usually try to pick tables where I can seat myself right next to the girl) Unfortunately this isn't possible as the place is extremely busy and I get stuck at a very small table designed for 2 people to sit across from each other. She ends up texting me 15 minutes after the start time saying she's sorry for being late but can't find parking. I tell her "No worries, take your time. I have my beer to keep me company. ;) " She shows up 10 minutes later and I giver her a big hug and we sit down. This was the most kino I could really do at this point because of the seating, bummer. She asks me about the beer selection and we chat about beer for a bit and exchange some drinking stories. We talked about various travel stories (She had been to Ireland and the farthest I've been outside the U.S. is Montreal, lol) We banter for a bit and I crack some dumb jokes to get her laughing. We get our food and I notice our waitress has a rediculous tattoo all the way up her arm. (It was a scene from star wars) HB 8 asks me about tattoos and I say I don't have any. She tells me she has an "A" tattooed behind her ear. I ask what it was for and she tells me it was for her 3 year old daughter named Ashley. (In my mind I flinched a little but physically did not respond) I said that was neat and it's something with meaning so she won't have to go regretting it years down the road. We finish eating and I end up paying the bill.

At this point I don't know if I want to get involved with a girl with a child but I figured "what the hell, might as well try something new." I didn't think I had escalated far enough at this point so I bounce her to a cafe down the street. We get the coffee and chat about sports we played and tv shows and movies we liked. I seated myself next to her to allow for kino. I threw in arm and shoulder touches and leg touches. I threw some high fives and hugs in there. As we are leaving we walk back to the parking garage where we are both parked. I decided not to go for the kiss because I had hesitation about progressing things with her because of the kid (damn my indecision). So we hug and as I'm about to pull away, she kisses me! She tells me she had a good time and wants to see me again and this ended my indecision, I decided to go for it.

I text her 2 days later to set up date number 2. We decide on bowling because we had chatted about how we both liked it on date 1. I meet her at the alley and we order a couple of drinks and start bowling. I'm much better than she is and feel a little bad about it but we joke about it. We talk about our jobs a little bit and I eventually bring up the questions game. This gets us both prying into each others lives. I turn the questions to sexual questions and we talk about losing our virginity and sexual fantasies and favorite positions. All the while I'm throwing in kino including high fives, hugs, and occasional kisses when she bowls a strike. Afterwards we bounce to a nearby bar and continue drinking. She challenges me to darts and kicks my ass telling me it makes up for me beating her at bowling. We continue the questions game for a bit and I continue kino. I eventually ask her as a question "How do you rate me out of 10" and she responds with "9 because you are attractive, funny, smart, and know what you want out of life" and I follow up with "Only 9? Well how about this kiss?" and BAM! we make out. She tells me "That was a solid 10." We continue to chat and I throw in a few short make outs. As we leave we say goodbye at my car and makeout again, for a good 5 minutes outside my car in the cold. She tells me she wants to go out again on saturday so i tell her I'll text her to set something up.

Well I text her a day before and get no response. I call her the day of and leave a voicemail. I get a response that night saying she is busy with work and can't go out. I text her "let's do some other time then. I'm free Sunday and Monday" and I get no response. Fast forward a few days and I shoot her a "What's up" text and get back "Nothing much, what's up with you?" I tell her I worked and asked if she wanted to do something later that week. No response. The next day I call and leave a voicemail. No response. That was 5 days ago.

My question is, what might be a possible reason she stopped responding. The dates went well and she seemed really into me but then she goes and flakes on something she wanted to do and proceeds to be unresponsive. Should I wait it out or just move on? Thanks for any advice you guys can offer.
