I have been lurking in this sub for about a month or two. I've recently got out of a 5 year relationship and decided I needed to work on my game since I've been out of it for so long. This subreddit has seriously helped me out a lot.

So last night my buddy called me and wanted to go out to a couple bars in Fort Worth, of course I'm down. We call up our other buddy and head out. The first bar we walk into happens to be a bar I frequent quite a bit. The bartender knows me pretty well and jokes with me and calls me "Arkansas" because I have an Arkansas Razorbacks debit card. Sure enough an HB7 sitting at the bar overhears this and looks right at me and smiles. She asks me where I was from in Arkansas and without hesitating I just sit at the stool next to her and strike up the conversation. My two buddies just walk off and let me do my thing. Conversation is going well, she is qualifying herself by telling me about her job and her dreams in life and we start singing some of the songs that are playing in the bar together. I initiate kino from the beginning by stroking her arm, leaning in close to tell her jokes, rest my hand on her thigh etc... Then the shit tests come. She asks me how old I am, and I just let her guess. She was digging it because she is 30 and I'm actually 24 and I never told her that. She kept insisting that I was too young for her in which I replied "I don't think you could handle me anyway". I get up and ask her to watch my drink while I run to the bathroom and she jokes about how she is going to roofie my drink. I told her I'm not that easy and she would have to slip about 3 in to get anywhere with me. She loved and it and started laughing. When I come out I notice my buddies aren't having a good time and want to hit up another bar, so I tell the girl that we are going to another bar and that she should come with. She declined and said she had to work early. So I pull out my phone and open up a new contact and just hand her my phone. She smiles and puts in her name and #. Boom.

The next bar we go to is practically empty. There are a couple of groups of guys and very limited on girls. We order some drinks and my buddy notices two girls dancing and hints that he wants to go talk to them. So I tell him it's his turn to open up the set, but of course he gets AA so I have to open them. Turns out these girls were pretty trashy and the conversation was really terrible so I ejected. I noticed behind them two other girls HB8 and HB9. The HB8 walks away and I see the HB9 looking at her cell phone. I casually walk up and sit right next to her and ask her if she is on facebook. She looks up and smiles and says no, so I ask her if she is on twitter and she says yes. We joke about social media for a while and I playfully take her phone and make her follow me on twitter. Conversation is going really well and then her friend the HB8 walks up. We all start talking and they order me some drinks. Turns out they are dancers at a nearby strip club and want me to come see them Saturday. I give them my phone and got both their #'s right there. I would have escalated things beyond that, but my buddy ended up getting into a little skirmish at the bar so we had to leave.

Anyway that's my FR. Some things that worked for me were being with good friends who put me in a great mood, not giving a fuck and just opening a girl without even thinking about it, and just genuinely having a good time. Some things I wish I could have done better were obviously closing beyond the # and isolating the girls to escalate. If you guys have any tips on how I could have done better I would greatly appreciate it!
