For those of you that are constantly stumped about what to do during a first date you should consider looking into seemingly fun and relatively simple activities in which you two have absolutely no experience doing whatsoever.

The reason for this is because it instills a sense of team work, cooperation and trust between two people. On top of that, doing activities that are foreign to both parties helps release the hormones that are involved in bonding between two people.

Most of you can even relate to this if you've ever had a time in your life where you were in a situation that required you collaborate with a stranger to complete a certain task (finishing a project, finding your way to a certain classroom, etc.). You come out of it being significantly more comfortable with the person and you've both shared an experience to talk about.
