You're over-thinking this. It should be nothing more than an issue of logistics. If a girl is into you, the fact that you live with your parents or live 20mins from where they live/go to school will never be an issue. It's only a problem if you make it one. If taking a girl home doesn't work/isn't feasible, then just go to their place.

I went to graduate school near where my parents live and moved back home because it made sense financially. I saved a lot of money by doing it. It's not something that ever inhibited me from pursuing women or closing.

I recommend being open/honest about it and plan accordingly. If it's not an issue for you, it won't be an issue for any girl you're interested in.
