Can't start a conversation with a random person

Meditate for 20 minutes a day, then nut up. Try walking up to random girls and ask them for the time, say thanks, goodbye. Do this to 10 random girls one day. Then next try telling them they are cute afterwards or holding a small conversation. Build progressively. Read the chapter on Approach Anxiety in Mark Manson's book, Models.

Extremely hard for me to make friends without being approached first

Meditate, then nut up. Approach them.

I tend to make jokes no one laughs at or are creepy/offensive

Talk less. Only say 1/6th of the "funny" jokes that come to mind. Also don't say them to get others to laugh, but honestly do them to entertain yourself. Self amuse. Read the chapter on Emotional Neediness in Mark Manson's Book, Models.

I don't look good in anything besides business casual, and my friend says it's not socially acceptable to wear business casual every day, especially when you're in college and don't have a reason for it

Shut the fuck up and figure out what to wear. Find clothes that fit. Dress mid-line, but match. Buy a few nice universal accessories. Read the section on fashion in the chapter on How to Be Attractive in Mark Manson's book, Models.

Good. Stay that way, unless you have something that you genuinely feel or think or are genuinely going for something that you want. Or are asked a question, in which case, answer genuinely. Read the chapter on Honest Communication in Mark Manson's book, Models.

Hobbies don't include anything that can be enjoyed by women (Women don't play video games or watch anime, and reading is a solitary activity)

Expand yourself. Ever thought of talking to them about the stuff you read about in the books? Read the section on How to Be Fascinating in the Chapter on How to Be Attractive in Mark Manson's book, Models. Also read the chapter called What are Your Stories? in that book (chapter about making up excuses not to talk to women).

You may be wondering if I have any book suggestions. I did make some references above. I highly recommend this guy's book. It's only $15 on Amazon and he's not trying to sell you a $900 plan during the book. He's a solid cat. I really am thankful for finding out about him and Tyler from RSD.

Oh and lest we forget: quit masturbating, eat clean, lift weights, keep reading, face your fears meditate, meditate, mediate. Meditate for 20 minutes, 365 times in the next year.
