Too difficult of a question. Generally find that touches work more for you than against you, but you have to gauge responses.

When I touch someone's arm or their shoulder, I look for any facial reactions or any desire to pull away. If I see them pulling away, I know they're either not ready or they're not physically ready.

The fact that you're scoping Chinese girls into one group shows how little you know about this game and that you should probably spend more time reading people and less time forming your own mental stereotypes in your head.

I am a Chinese girl. I have no idea what other Chinese girls like. You know why?? Because we aren't all the same!! Who would have thought?? Are you approaching these girls like they are all "Chinese girls"? Do you view them as "Chinese girls" first and then individual people second? This seems to me to be the only explanation for why you are asking such a question. That kind attitude is kind of racist and creepy maybe that's why you're scaring all of "us" away -_-"
