What I did while I was out on the field, is I'd always bring it up when things felt like they were getting serious.

Be a man. Have that talk.

As far as what to say? This line has always helped me out:

"I'm not looking for anything serious right now. The biggest mistakes I've ever made were because I rushed into something. Let's take it slow, have fun, but keep it casual."

What does this accomplish?

You're not making any promises. You're laying down the line. And you're being honest.

This also affords you a way to keep playing the field, doesn't promise them anything further than what you can deliver, and sets you (and them) with an easy out.

An easy out for them might not be what you're looking for, but if you're both looking for something different, it wasn't going to work out anyway.

Seriously. This isn't rocket surgery.

You're still operating from a mindset of scarcity. If you were confident in your abundance mentality, you wouldn't be worried about a "missed opportunity". Sure, some girls will react negatively to your desire to keep things casual. On the other hand, there's plenty of girls that will be in the same boat you are. Find those girls. Being dishonest with women about what you're really interested in just because you want to get laid and don't think you can find another women will just lead to a lot more drama than any of it is worth.

I would just not act like I'm her serious boyfriend. In long term relationships you offer emotional support and do a lot of comforting things like cuddling, listening to offers problems, etc. So when you see her getting all close emotionally and cuddly, try to be a bit detached and let her know through actions that you are not there for that. If she doesnt like arrangement then she will leave. If on the other hand you want to be closer emotionally than you should probably be in a relationship.

when you set the frame, set it so they dont see you as a boyfriend or LTR material but for ONS. This usually means a little less raport and alitle more arousal.
