You rock it. I'm assuming you are already very comfortable with the look, and I believe that's half the battle. I'm going to assume you have been hitting the gym, have a decent tan, and are overall well kept after. If you aren't then it is time to start doing those things. If you can, grow a little facial hair, if not don't worry about it, its no big deal. People will look at you differently no matter what, not necessarily in a negative sense, just differently.

Work on that inner game first. Own the look.

Make sure you have a nice and charming personality to go along with your look.

Although going bald sucks, there is no reason to let it drag you down.

Hell, I'm 19, with a terrible fucking hairline. I will be bald by the time I am 25, and I'll be dammed if I let it ruin my chances with girls.
