So this girl ive been working with for the past two months responds super well to kino and I've asked her on a date and she seemed super excited where day of she was sick so we just got dinner after work. Since then she's been super bad about texting but still shit tests and flirts in person and responds well to kino. I tried to kiss her once and she moved away but we continued on as if nothing happened. Shes a virgin as well btw (only virgin ive been with was my first as well back in HS so not sure how this factors in. All other girls ive been with havent been virgins). Last week she complains to me about some guy she liked that I promptly ignored and proceeded to flirt with her and we kinod the whole time. She has never mentioned the dude again. Yesterday I asked her on a date again and she almost seemed shocked, she said 'you want to go on a date with me?' then said yes. As she was leaving our work (which we did in my home today instead of on site) I told her to let me know when shes free tomorrow to continue work on what we were doing. Unrelated to the date. She never texted me and today texted me strictly about the work stuff. I responded an hour later with the shortest reply just about the work stuff. She just said back 'eeeek' cause I inferred she needs to redo something. Girl is 18 I'm 21. I imagine next time I see her she's gonna continue to flirt and shit test but at this point i feel like I should just completely withdraw but thats hard to do when we're in 1 one 1 work scenarios twice a week minimum . If I next her, I still see her twice a week in 1 on 1 settings for at least a year so idk what do?
