Talk to other girls. Nothing intense necessarily, just talk to other girls. This is my solution to neediness, anywho.

Keep it passionate, and don't stop seducing her. Just because you are both in a relationship doesn't mean you stop. While you don't need to making her keep proving herself to you, make her still feel like she still has to work for you and keep your attention as well.

Also remind her that you have social proof. Don't flirt with other girls, but definitely get their attention and them wanting you. It reminds her that you are valuable.

Be careful with the later. It drives my GF nuts, even though she wont admit it.

How should I react when she turns down my invitations out cause she is busy with work or whatever?

The first thing is that you need to have your own life. So when she cancels on you, you are fine. Get comfortable being alone or every time someone cancels on you, it will drain you and reveal your weakness. Find things/hobbies/interests/etc that can easily be called upon in a pinch so that you have something to do that isn't dwelling on this or that girl.

ANY girl should never be your life, at best, they should add to your life but not be the foundation for it. YOU and your interests, etc., those are the foundation.

Take a day (or a few days) to yourself. And center yourself/find yourself.
If you find yourself dwelling on some girl or fantasizing about how awesome it would to be with her or whatever, stop that shit as soon as you realize it is happening. And focus on being in the moment: what you are doing right NOW..... like improving yourself or whatever it is.
Then when someone cancels on you, you can confidently accept it and fill the time up with whatever the hell you want. This attitude will also make it easier to reschedule the date because you won't be desperate when you do so.

Generally, if I ask a girl out and she gives me some legitimate excuse as to why she can't come, I'll just say "okay" and drop it. If she wants, she can suggest another time, or I'll wait a day or two, ten send her another message proposing another time to meet.

Make sure that you keep doing the things that make you awesome, whatever they are. Yes, talk to other girls, and yes, let her do her own thing too... but make sure that you keep developing yourself as an individual. She liked you for a reason... keep that in mind.

Neediness is directly correlated to how many other options you have in the works. If you have 10 other hot girls that you could hang out with at any given time, your neediness with this particular girl would be close to 0. At that point, you have complete emotional free will.
