No Hotel. That is not needed. Her place is the best bet, but you need to frame it correctly. When in the conversation you should slowly be integrating logistics when you have an opportunity to close. Then when you leave you can suggest going to her place and justify it by having a conversational queue from before. Always give a justification and she will be more receptive to it. "Let's go to your place." isn't as powerful as, "Let's go to your place and listen to that Maroon 5 cd/ play with your cats/ check your cooking skills/ etc."

I travel a lot and usually have to end up at her place cause I'm usually sleeping on a couch. This is the best strategy I have found.

However, the other day I ended up having sex in a park when I was sleeping on a friend's couch. If you go this route, be spontaneous. Every girl wants to be a part of something new and exciting. "Let's take a walk, then rapid escalation.

If you progress far enough to where she's sold on the idea of sex..... If she's closed on the idea, provided her place is more convenient, it's easy to shift to her place.

I assume this is a PU? Cause if she knows ya live with your mom it would probably not get this far.

So, if you have to stretch the truth, just say you have room mates and that the situation would be better elsewhere. Just ask her, is your place private cause mine isn't ideal with my room mates. No girl wants to be in an environment with a bunch of immature college dudes. If she has room mates, and pushes it back on you, grab the hotel, and ALWAYS know of 2 nicer hotels in close proximity and the vacancy and rates before you go out so you don't get caught fumbling on your phone or not have the cash to do it. (you need a credit card for most hotels, fyi). Good luck.
